Wow!!!! I met Jordan through bigger pockets not intending to buy anything through him, but to ask him about the Southaven Market, as I was looking at an investment property there. With Jordan, I ended up finding a MUCH better deal than what I was looking at beforehand - a home that was at a MUCH better price point, that was much more aligned with my goals, and that got me much further towards my financial goals. Jordan legit has his client's best interest at heart and is not just trying to close deals, so that he can make a commission. Jordan does above and beyond everything you would hope your realtor would do for you. For example: after I sent a property listing over to him, he right away offered to go down to the property and look at himself (being that I am out of state). Sure enough the next day, he went down to the property, did a thorough walk-through, and sent me a 10-minute video going through every part of the property, pointing out things that I would not have been able to realize myself, even if I had been there in person. Jordan has a deep and good understanding of investing in real estate and of the local markets. He is highly motivated, has good integrity and morals, is persistent, and has an amazing work ethic. The referrals that Jordan will give you (though you should always do your own due diligence), in my experience, all share those same values and work ethics! I cannot recommend him more!! And I truly appreciate him getting me a whole lot further in my financial goals!

Jordan is a DAWG You ever ride your bike through a neighborhood and see a Pitbull on the other side of a fence and think to yourself "I don't want no problems with that big fella." That is Jordan in the real estate market. I was using another realtor and had put in up to 30 offers in Memphis! Only two ever countered. I let Jordan put one offer in for me and we closed on it in two weeks. He was relentless with information and constantly letting me know where we stood in the process. Something I didn't know I was missing with my previous realtor. I met Jordan on bigger pockets and I was weary at first, being that Jordan had experience but did not have as much as my other agent. This guy makes me feel bad for typing that I even doubted him because he far exceeded my expectations and made me realize that I actually have a partner in this market instead of just a realtor.
